The PACS programme funds a range of CSOs and CSO networks in the target districts. The grants are supporting organisations working on the following thematic issues.
Sustainable livelihoods: improving non-discriminatory access to livelihood opportunities for socially excluded groups.
Right to basic services: establishing non-discriminatory access to education, health and nutrition through various government schemes for socially excluded groups.
