United Nations summit
20-22 September 2010
The United Nations convened world leaders to deliver on anti-poverty commitments. The UK Government has welcomed global commitments made at the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Summit, which took place in New York from 20-22 September 2010.
Commitments were made to save 16 million women and children, reverse the spread of malaria and tackle hunger and under-nutrition.
