The Poorest Area Civil Society (PACS) Programme promotes non-discriminatory access to education, health and nutrition services for socially excluded groups.

In this area we aim to:

  • Identify discriminatory practices that hinder access to basic services.
  • Partner with civil society to demand an end to discriminatory practices.
  • Encourage the active and informed participation of socially excluded groups to monitor and raise issues of discrimination in the implementation of government programmes with block and district level functionaries.
