Keeping tabs on schools

An extract from the The Times of India:

The Human Resources Development (HRD) Department has come up with a novel way to keep a track of the activities on school campuses across the state (Bihar) and closely monitor implementation of all the schemes and programmes for primary and high schools.

A mechanism called Centralised Monitoring-cum-Data Centre (CMD) was launched on Wednesday by HRD minister P K Shahi.
