CSO partners in West Bengal

The Poorest Areas Civil Society Programme (PACS) works with five civil society organisation (CSO) partners in West Bengal.

The grant-roll out process has been initiated for five projects in five districts in the state. All five projects of the state are individual projects.

The focus of all CSO partners in this phase is on non-discriminatory access for socially excluded groups to:

  • Livelihood rights, under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREG), Forest Rights Act (FRA), revenue land, skill development.

  • Right to basic services under education, health and nutrition.
