About Gram Niyojan Kendra (GNK)

Gram Niyojan Kendra was registered in 1977 under the Society Registration Act, 1860. GNK works for the welfare and development of underprivileged and excluded sections of society, including women, based on equality and justice.

In addition, GNK has been continuously working to support and strengthen emerging CSOs and building their capacities.

GNK is working in three districts in Uttar Pradesh: Ghaziabad, Naugaon and Maharajganj. It also works in the Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. In all these areas, the target groups are socially excluded and marginalised communities, mainly scheduled castes, tribes, and Muslims.
