CSO partners in Odisha

The Poorest Areas Civil Society Programme (PACS) works with 10 civil society organisation (CSO) partners in Odisha

The grant-roll out process has been initiated for 10 projects in 14 districts in the state. Of the 10 projects, led by 10 CSO partners, three are individual projects and seven projects have network partners.

The focus of all CSO partners in this phase is on non-discriminatory access for socially excluded groups to:

  • Livelihood rights, under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), Forest Rights Act (FRA), revenue land and skills development.

  • Right to basic services under education, health and nutrition.
