The Poorest Areas Civil Society Programme (PACS) works with 16 civil society organisation (CSO) partners in Jharkhand.

The grant-roll out process has been initiated for 16 projects in 12 districts of Jharkhand, India. Of the 16 projects, ten are individual projects and six projects have network partners.

The focus of all CSO partners in this phase is on non-discriminatory access for socially excluded groups to:

  1. Livelihood rights, under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), Forest Rights Act (FRA), revenue land and skills development.
