CSO partners in Chhattisgarh

The Poorest Areas Civil Society Programme (PACS) works with eight civil society organisation (CSO) partners in Chhattisgarh.

The grant-roll out process has been initiated for eight projects in nine districts in the state. Of the eight projects,  three are individual projects and five projects have network partners.

The focus of all CSO partners in this phase is on non-discriminatory access for socially excluded groups to:

  1. Livelihood rights, under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), Forest Rights Act (FRA), revenue land and skills development.

  2. Right to basic services, under education, health and nutrition.
