Please be advised that the PACS project has not appointed or authorised any consultant or agency to provide any service in the submission of concept notes/proposals or represent us in any manner. All CSOs /NGOs applying for grants are advised to submit their applications directly to the PACS Secretariat.
Any efforts to approach or influence any member of the PACS team or the Regional Project Selection Committee, or any other malpractice, or submission of false information will lead to rejection of the concept note and blacklisting of the CSO in PACS.
