All CSOs/NGOs applying for grants are advised to submit their applications directly to the PACS Secretariat.

Any efforts to approach or influence any member of the PACS team or the Regional Project Selection Committee, or any other malpractice, or submission of false information will lead to rejection of the concept note and blacklisting of the CSO in PACS.
